Ready to ship: Please allow up to 2-3 days of processing time and an additional 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped excluding weekends and holidays.  (Monday to Friday) by a reputable courier in order to provide a better customer service. In either case you will be notified by email and/or phone once the goods have been shipped.  A confirmation will be sent via email with a tracking number. If the shipping address was inputted incorrectly or you'd like to amend the information, please contact Customer Care immediately at 817-823-7507.  Changes cannot be made once the order has been shipped.  Customer will be responsible for extra fees incurred if delivery was made to an incorrect address due to incorrect input from customer. 
Standard shipping can take up to 7 days, although it varies by location serviceability. You will receive a tracking number once the shipment is made. Signature on delivery is required in all instances.
*NOTE: Orders received on the weekend or on a Public Holiday will not be processed on the holiday. We are unable to honor previous sale prices or promotions when you place a new order. We will notify you as soon as possible if the item is already sold.  Pre-order items will be shipped upon arrival to the boutique. 
Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
